Discover Venice, Your Way

My Story

Ciao! I'm Adair, your local Venetian-American guide.

Originally from the U.S. with Italian roots through my Milanese grandmother, I've called Venice home for over a decade. What began as a journey to study Architecture and the History of Venice turned into something much deeper. I fell in love with the city, married a true Venetian, and now I'm raising my Venetian-American daughter here.

Motherhood has been my greatest adventure yet, and it's given me an even more intimate connection to Venice: not only as a destination, but as a place to live, grow, and belong.

I've experienced Venice from every perspective: as a traveler, a student, a local, and now as a mom. That layered experience allows me to share the city in a way that goes far beyond the typical tour.

On any given day, you might find me island-hopping in my pink boat, enjoying cicchetti with a glass of ombra wine, or wandering through quiet neighborhoods filled with centuries of history and local stories. Venice isn't only beautiful. It's alive with culture, tradition, and everyday magic.

As a licensed Venice tour guide, I specialize in private, personalized Venice tours designed around you. Whether you want to explore hidden corners on foot, discover the lagoon by boat, taste authentic Venetian cuisine, or dive into the city's rich history and legends, I'll create an experience that feels personal, meaningful, and unforgettable.

My goal is simple: to help you experience Venice not as a tourist, but as someone truly connected to the city. Whether that means time for yourself, a trip with a partner, or a visit with your children, I'll plan the details around your group.

If you're looking for a custom Venice tour, I'd love to help you design something special for you, your friends, or your family.
